Victorian shell flower bouquet displayed in an antique glass dome with an ebonised base on bun feet c.1900. Still retains its wonderful original colour.
Shell art is one of the oldest decorative crafts in the world. Her Majesty Queen victoria enjoyed this pasttime and shell art portrait of King Dick, one of her favorite dogs, reportedly still hangs in Buckingham Palace.
