An elegant mid-century Val St. Lambert crystal vase in the sought-after ‘Cornucopia’ pattern. Hand-blown in Belgium, it features a rich cranberry pink bowl that gently graduates to clear crystal, highlighting its elegant horn-shaped design. Inspired by the classical horn of plenty, the vase has a graceful, flowing form with an angled rim and heavy clear crystal base. Its sculptural shape makes it just as striking displayed on its own as it is holding a few fresh or dried stems. Signed to the base with the Val St. Lambert acid-etched mark, this is a scarce model that is becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly in the cranberry-to-clear colour. Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Very minor wear to the base consistent with age.
