A striking quality French Art Deco sculpture after the French artist Irénée Rochard (1906–1984). Depicting two eagles mid-flight above a rocky outcrop, the piece is finely cast in a patinated bronze alloy with detailed craftsmanship and a rich glowing patina. It rests on a polished black slate base and is signed “I. Rochard.” The two birds are removable for ease of transport.
