An antique English mahogany mid 19th century rotating drum table with a circular faux black leather writing surface. Set above a frieze with a combination of four functional and four dummy drawers. The drawers are oak lined with fine dovetails and ebony strung details, and replaced decorative brass pulls which would have been wooden originally. The table is supported by a turned or urn-shaped central column, resting on four downswept reeded legs terminating in brass lion’s paw feet and castors.
The circular table top is detached from the base for easier transportation.
