This elegant table features a richly figured circular rosewood top, accentuated by a finely carved rope-edge border. The tilt-top mechanism allows the tabletop to be raised vertically when not in use. It is supported by a turned pedestal above a concave quadriform base, resting on hipped sabre legs. The legs are finished with gilt brass paw feet and matching castors, characteristic of Regency craftsmanship.The top of this table can also be detached for ease of transport.
