A pair of midcentury fruitwood and mahogany bedside tables/commodes in the Louis XV style. The beautiful facade veneers are arranged in butterfly wings. Each features a shaped grooved marble top, decorative inlays, ormolu mounts, and two drawers with brass handles. The elegantly curved legs end in stylised brass sabots. Stylish and increasingly hard to find, these commodes are both functional and decorative.
