Exquisitely detailed Chinese gold hand-embroidered silk panels, each elegantly presented in a custom gilded frame. We have used Art Glass (conservation glass)to further help protect the silk from sun damage while also reducing some glare. Dating to around 1870, these four panels depict an array of exotic birds and butterflies nestled among lush foliage and delicate blossoms. Some expected age related wear as shown in the photos. Each panel is available for individual purchase.
