Renaissance Wax Polish 200mL Can

This wax was originally developed for the British Museum in England, and it has now been adopted by museums, art collectors, antique dealers and enthusiasts across the world.

The issue was that most commercially available natural waxes of the time had one simple problem, they contained natural acids â which would over time destroy the original finishes on antique furniture. Made to the British Museum Formulae, this wax polish is based entirely on synthetic materials â Microcrystalline Paraffin Wax and Polyethylene Wax, which are colourless and do not yellow with aging.
Museum Polish has a soft consistency, and easy to apply to a wide range of materials such as wood, leather, bone, ceramics, metals, marble, plastic and even paper. It is virtually odourless, freshens colours and imparts a soft sheen.

Apply sparingly with a soft cloth and buff gently.

This product was made with a lot of specific requirements and as such some of its key features include:

Unlike some Wax it does not dis-colour over time
It does not stain the product â itâs a true âclear waxâ
It has been created to be acid neutral
It is resistant to water as well as alcohol
It leaves no residue if applied correctly
It is a multipurpose, multi-surface wax
It reduces finger marks you would find with other waxes
