Industrial

The industrial design trend has been happening in loft spaces, apartments, retail and restaurant spaces for some time. The design trend began when urban warehouses were being converted to residential spaces so these re purposed industrial furniture and lighting pieces fitted perfectly.  However the appeal of salvaged industrial furniture is that it also mixes so well with antiques and very modern interiors. At European Antiques we hand select those pieces that will hold their own for a long period of time and most importantly are original with an original patina that only time can produce. So think dark patinated metal, chrome. rivets, cogs, and wheels that when re purposed from warehouse to interiors are useful, functional and the epitomy of indistrial chic! Click on the gallery images below to view our current selection of industrial furniture and lighting.
